Sanctuary

Waterfall surrounded by rocks, greenery, and flowers.

A glen with water falling into a pond
Shaded by deciduous trees.
Wild flowers sprinkle themselves about.
I strip off my clothes;
Dip into the pond.
Shower under the falls;
laughing with delight.
Sated, I find a spot of sun;
Drying off;
Dozing.
Forgetting for a while
the troubles left behind.
Dressed, I return,
Never having left my bedroom.
